Determination of calculated radius of curvature while operation of rotary steerable systems

Rotary steerable tools application allows considerably accelerate and improve directional drilling of well, provide wellbore quality and increase departure in horizontal wells. In spite of the fact that the rotary steerable systems are used for drilling of the oriented, slanted and horizontal wells in Russia in a number of years, data about borehole curvature intensity (radiuses) with these systems are absent in the open press. In this work showed the calculation formulas of intensity for two types of the rotary steerable systems «Push the bit» and «Point the bit», and given computation examples of curvature radiuses for the operating systems.

The work is devoted to the problem of oil-field equipment optimization. As an initial model it was taken that of the theory of equipment replacement undergoing to aging. It was shown that a complex of problems connected with obsolete, weared and uneffective equipment replacement could be solved on the bans of the considered algorithm. The algorithm given in the article may become a basis for development of corporative standards on oil-field equipment optimization. System of efficient control and diagnostics of oil-field equipment energy-saving work should be introduced on oil production enterprises for effective usage of considered algorithm.

Using container LHG in polymeric case optimum deskside, with provision for new way installation in soil, reduces the estimated cost installation of keeping in 1,3 - 1,4 times. Herewith export soil is excluded in mouldboard and need for sandy backfilling, on 20 - 30 % grows shorter extent fence and area territory base keeping.

The analysis is carried out and the graphic models of technological schemes processes are created: processing of gas condensation, production of ethane and propylene, production of ethyl benzene and styrene and the graphic model of the technological scheme of the complicated oil chemistry production is got. It has some advantages in comparison with the traditional ones

In the article the authors are proving the necessity of differentiating these norms not according to the spheres of capital investments, but taking into account the state and the activities of different companies seeking for investments. The level of profitability achieved by a certain company by the moment when its investment perspectives are considered should be taken as the lowest acceptible investment efficiency level of the company.

Increasing epoxy composition wear resistance for the internal surface of steel tanks with pontons by flake reinforcement

When developing chemically and wear-resistant paint-and-lacquer composition epoxy diane resin ED-20, modifier, i.e. oxyline-5 or oxyline-6 resin, amino phenol hardener АP-2 or Agidol-51, graphite and molybdenum disulfide as base components were taken. Lubricating properties of flake fillers are attributed to anisotropy of their structure. To assess wear rate of friction pair parts a new procedure of carrying out tests under conditions permitting harder modes was used. It made possible to accelerate acquisition of information. The best wear resistance results have been obtained for flake reinforced paint-and-lacquer coating in a friction pair with nylon reinforced rubber in amounts of 2,5% wt.

For realization of the given way of suppression of ability to live sulfate of restoring bacteria are developed a design procedure and the computer program. Results of testing of the developed devices are resulted.
